Was the vTEC Topic Proposal page supposed to be closed for editing?

I think we discussed closing the topic proposal page for editing after Sept 25th deadline. Did we?

Scot, Sridhar, and I met today and came up with the plan for the CNTT / OPNFV slots. It would be tow tracks (zoom bridges), so a limited amount of parallel sessions where possible. He is running it by CNTT Gov tomorrow. It's just a Google sheet for now, is there a way to load them into the calendar?
